INTRODUCTION
The letters represents the
type of exercises and the digits the number of the
exercise.
The grouping of exercises now has international coding
with designations originating from American codes. This
means that one knows what AA14 means, irrespective of
language. The codes and the number of exercises are seen
in the outline below.

Design
The book is designed so that all the exercises are
represented in three groups, one under the other, so that
they form a three-part flap system. In this way one can
open to three different exercises at the same time and
place them that way on the copy machine. In other words,
all the exercises can be combined into an individualised
home program.
